Dr. Steven Barger was born and raised in Port St. Lucie, FL. He attended Morningside Academy from Pre-K until the time he graduated in 2012. He then went on to IRSC and UCF to pursue a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Before graduating from UCF Dr. Steven interned at a chiropractic office and immediately became interested in the profession.
He then decided to pursue chiropractic as a career and attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL.
Once he started at Palmer, Dr. Steven immediately became passionate about Gonstead Chiropractic and learned as much as possible about the technique. Dr. Steven also became a leader on campus and was the president of the Gonstead Club, the Florida Chiropractic Society Club, and the AMPED club. Early on during Dr. Steven’s time at Palmer College, he knew he wanted to go back to his hometown and help the city of Port St. Lucie FL. This desire to help his hometown and being the leader of multiple clubs on campus helped prepare him to be the best chiropractor possible coming out of school.
